Welcome to Devonshire Courtyard, a centrally-located accommodation for students in Sheffield which has been designed for the modern student. Within easy reach of both Sheffield University and Sheffield Hallam and only 5 minutes from The Moor shopping centre, you’re guaranteed a life of luxury whilst staying here.
There’s a range of room sizes to choose from to suit your style preference. Our en-suite rooms are brilliant, especially if you appreciate your own privacy with the added extra of living with your besties!
All rooms are furnished with a cosy ¾ size bed with under-bed storage, shelving, a desk area with a chair, bedside tables, and a huge wardrobe to store all of your belongings. We’ve basically equipped them with every necessity you could need for a comfortable stay throughout the academic year. The kitchen has space to store any pots, pans, and plates you plan on bringing, but also large work surface areas to help you excel in becoming a pro chef!
When it comes to utilities, there’s an onsite laundry room for you to use and free WiFi throughout the property. The price has all the utility bills included, so forget worrying about anything other than your rent!
Devonshire Courtyard is a lively and sociable place to live, with plenty of communal spaces to head to when you’re not busy at uni. Our brand new communal areas include a lavish cinema room, a private dining room to cook up a storm, as well as a games room to get competitive with your new friends.
That’s not all either, we also have a study space so you can focus on those all-important tasks, a modern gym for keeping fit plus a TV lounge for watching the latest shows - student life can’t get much better than this!
There’s a large outdoor courtyard that’s perfect during warmer weather, an affordable pub at the bottom of the building, and one of Sheffield’s top live music venues - Corporation - just behind. Really, what more could you dream of whilst living in Sheffield?!
