Glasgow, which is Scotland’s largest city, is an explosion of culture and creativity. A big student population contributes to the area’s vibrant, innovative feel. Our student accommodation in the area is conveniently located close to the universities and colleges, as well as the handy public transport links.

As well as being home to outstanding countryside and attractions, Glasgow is also a hotbed of football, thanks to the presence of bitter rivals Celtic and Rangers, who dominate the country’s sporting landscape.

LIVING IN glasgow

The public transport system makes it easy to explore the city. Two railway stations – Central Station and Queen Street Station – are complemented by a shuttle bus service and the world’s third-oldest subway system. The University of Glasgow, Glasgow School of Art, and Glasgow Caledonian University are all near to our student accommodation.

Merchant City, which has received heavy investment in recent years, boasts popular bars, restaurants and designer outlets. Style Mile, a square in the city centre, provides speciality and designer shops, along with malls, independent boutiques and more.
Glasgow’s friendly nightlife features The Corinthian, which has 14 rooms across five floors and is open 24 hours a day. The underground Sub Club is great if you’re in it for the long haul, and The Stand Comedy Club is a laugh riot!
