About Calcott Ten

Calcott Ten is an accommodation for students in Coventry situated in the heart of Coventry’s university district, just a two-minute stroll from the William Morris Building and Lanchester Library, only five minutes from the main campus. We're also located just an 11-minute drive from the University of Warwick, making our property a great place to call home no matter the university you're studying at.
Whether you choose a private studio just for you with your own kitchenette and en suite, or an en suite room in a shared flat, you're guaranteed a cosy, modern living space.
Half of the Calcott Ten complex is a lovingly restored former carworks, built in 1896 for local car and motorcycle manufacturer Calcott Brothers.
The common rooms are based in this beautiful red-brick building, furnished with a free pool table, table tennis, and sofas- ideal for spending some time with your flatmates and neighbours.
