Caffé Portico is a Family run Italian restaurant just off Lincoln High Street and situated behind Danesgate House.

Serving yummy sweet treats and perfectly made coffee, this Café is the perfect place for a catch-up with a friend.

The Café also hosts its Lincoln famous pizza nights, serving up authentic wood-fired Italian pizza, which you can eat in or takeaway.

There is no better way to spend a Friday night than eating this yummy pizza!

2. Kaspas

Address: 41-47 Clasketgate

Do you dream of delicious desserts? Kaspas offers the best desserts in Lincoln. They are located on Clasketgate and are right next door to Danesgate House.

From scrumptious cheesecake to premium shakes, Kaspas has the perfect dessert for everyone. The ‘Chocalot Waffle’ is the perfect choice for every chocolate lover!

One of our favourite Cafes in Lincoln has to be the amazing Café Shanti.

The café has a never-ending menu of super tasty homemade vegan food. One of our favourites from the menu is the Moving mountains burger!

Why not try their tasty Soya-based burger with vegan cheese, fire-roasted red peppers, caramelized red onion chutney? YUM!

If you fancy a sweet treat make sure to check out their cake collection, from Salted Caramel chocolate cheesecake to Biscoff vanilla ice cream sundae there is plenty to choose from.

A good Chinese Takeaway is a must when you are having a Saturday night in with your mates, and in our eyes, Sincil Garden is the perfect go-to Chinese Takeaway.

The menu has an array of tasty starters, appetisers, sides, and mains, so you and your friends can order the perfect Chinese banquet to share.

We recommend ordering a side of salt and pepper chips, which is the perfect accompaniment to any main.

Sincil garden offers quick and friendly delivery, and with the extra prawn crackers and fortune cookies, you will have enough leftovers to have a Chinese snack the next day.

Established in the 80s Browns Pie Shop is a must-visit whilst studying in Lincoln!

This classic British restaurant serves up a yummy selection of homemade pies, located on the iconic Steep Hill in Lincoln Cathedral Quarter Browns Pie shop is definitely in the heart of Lincoln.

The Pies are handmade by the hardworking staff, and the menu offers a range of pies, tasty treats and ‘non-pie’ options.
