What Do You Give Up by Waiting?
Price is the obvious loss. The Croft’s six room types span roughly £149 to £189 per person per week, and the Classic Ensuite tier, the cheapest of the six, is usually the first to disappear, leaving the Large Premium and XL Premium options at the top of the range. Lease length narrows too. Most rooms at The Croft span 48 to 49 weeks, but a shorter 43-week option exists for anyone who does not need a room over the full summer, and options like this tend to go earliest of all. Then there is fit. The Croft has a 24-hour gym, a games area and dedicated study space; Brookside offers free on-site parking for anyone bringing a car. Wait too long, and you are no longer choosing the room that suits you. You are choosing whatever is left.
