The train station is a convenient 2 minutes walk as well, and an 8-min train will take you straight to Italia Conti Academy- you’ll struggle to find a property so central in Guildford. When we say you’ll be in the heart of the city...we mean it!

Whilst living here, you will have your own en-suite room with a private bathroom. Each style comes with under-bed storage, a desk and chair, a sink, a generous wardrobe and drawer unit. Each bedroom gets access to high-speed internet to ensure you can complete any uni deadlines in the comfort of your own home. All our rooms are being refurbished for 2023 too so you will have brand spanking new everything!

Our on-site team will love to welcome you into our student accommodation in Guildford. They’re friendly faces you’re bound to run into daily, who’re there to help keep you safe and happy. We even have a fully soundproof music room where you can practice, or just use for a fun karaoke night with friends. Cinema room, a communal lounge and gaming room  are all there for your enjoyment. Need to catch up on deadlines? We've got 2 study rooms and a relaxing coworking room to catch up on your deadlines and projects. As well as this, there is CCTV throughout the building for extra security, for those ‘just in case’ scenarios.
