Apollo House offers spacious and affordable living, split over four floors in our well situated, low-rise building.
The open plan design offers a collection of generous sized bedrooms, all fitted and kitted out to meet your everyday living and working needs! Each communal kitchen has a dining area, electric cooker, fridge freezer and a microwave, perfect for rustling up a meal for you and your mates.
Our new laundry room is located on the ground floor, as well as our other communal areas such as a pool table, large cinema style screen and seating area, open 24/7 providing bags of entertainment for everyone!
Limited parking spaces and private secure cycle spots are available to residents, located just outside near the main entrance.
For those planning their weekly budget, all utilities including gas, electric and water are included within your rent. We also have our own dedicated leased line providing super-fast Wi-Fi internet throughout Apollo House FREE of charge, ideal for streaming when studying or catching up on some Netflix.
In terms of maintenance, all of Apollo House’s kitchens, shower rooms, toilets and common living areas are cleaned daily from Monday to Friday. The accommodation team are available on-site Monday-Friday 9-5pm for any questions big or small. Out of hours is covered by a security company operating 24 hours a day, available to answer questions and help residents.
At Apollo House we ensure that that all safety measures are met, with CCTV installed throughout the building. Security staff are on duty seven nights a week and operate a secure key fob entry system. The system can only be accessed by on-site staff and students and is located at the front of the building offering double the security through our two-door entry system. Additionally, each apartment has its own door entry system for extra security.
Located in the popular Coventry neighbourhood of Earlsdon, the student lodgings at Apollo House House offer a fantastic range of entertainment and amenities within the site. Close by to your cosy accommodation are a variety of local supermarkets and a fabulous range of restaurants close by.
Right outside Apollo House House you’ve got the delicious Asian restaurant Blue Orchid, as well as Bombay Bar and Grill just a short walk away, both perfect for an evening meal with your friends.
Earlsdon High Street is only a 10-minute stroll away, where you’ll find Sage café, worth a visit if you fancy a quick coffee and a bite to eat. If you’ve got a sweet tooth, The Sweet Shop also on the High Street is great for all your sugar cravings.
The Albany Theatre is super close too, giving you a great opportunity to catch some local performances right on your doorstep. The best news is, Earlsdon is only a bus ride away from the centre of town where there are endless restaurants, pubs, shops and even an IKEA!
Fancy some shopping? Central 6 Retail Park is a 15-minute walk from your cosy accommodation, where you can find a vast array of shops including Boots, Next, Outfit, Sports Direct, and Poundland.
If you feel like learning some local history, you can visit the ruins of Coventry Cathedral, preserved as a memorial in the city. For nights out, there are plenty of options to enjoy, with dancing at Catch Twenty Two Club Lounge, real ales at Twisted Barrel Ale Brewery Tap House and a creative array of cocktails at The Botanist.
