The Gym at Liverpool one is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, perfect if you’re a night owl.
With a bright and spacious laid-back atmosphere in the gym, working out here can be very pleasant.
There’s a wide range of high-quality sports equipment on offer tailored to suit you and your ability.
Equipment includes 35 running machines, 16 cross trainers, 36 strength training machines and many more.
Memberships start at just £13.99 a month, making this gym a very affordable place to be!
2. PureGym Liverpool Central
Starting at just £12.99 a month, PureGym is an extremely popular gym in the city, and it’s no wonder!
They offer some fantastic membership options available, and you can even freeze your membership if you know you can’t go for a while.
There’s no contract with PureGym, and they’re open 24 hours a week, so if you want to cram in some studying and exercise into the early hours, PureGym is perfect for you.
PureGym have various classes available for you to enjoy, including yoga, pilates, and if you’re feeling brave, cardio classes!
3. JD Gyms Liverpool
This particular gym is once again in an amazing location! Based on Dale Street, JD Gyms Liverpool has over 250 gyms and 200 classes to take advantage of.
It’s newly refurbished and even have saunas if you fancy a pamper after a hard workout.
Thankfully, JD Gyms is open 6am-10pm on weekdays and 8am-8pm on weekends, giving you plenty of time to make the most of your membership.

During term time, the gym is open 7am-10pm and 7am-8am during vacation time.
5. Village Gym Liverpool
This gym is about a 20-minute drive from the centre of Liverpool, but a great option if you fancy splashing out and treating yourself.
With an indoor heated swimming pool, a sauna, steam room and whirlpool, you’ll be leaving the gym feeling pampered and rejuvenated!

There’s a total of 42 cardio machines, weight machines, and a huge free weight area in this spacious and relaxed gym.

8. Harbour Health & Fitness Club
Ready to workout? This gym is right near the picturesque docks next to the impressive Liver Building.
The gym is fully air conditioned with resistance machines and over 20 cardio stations for you to use.
They have an abundance of classes available perfectly suited to your needs, including boxercise, step & tone, body conditioning, yoga, and many more!
Although this particular gym may be on the pricier side, it’s great if you want to make use of the other facilities available such as beauty treatments for a pamper.
9. Masda Gym Liverpool
If you’re into martial arts, you’ll love Masda Gym! This fitness and combat centre specialise in boxing, martial arts and fitness, and is a generally friendly gym that welcomes everyone.
