You can enjoy the privacy of your own spacious bedroom and bathroom whilst also enjoying a communal kitchen and living area – perfect for socialising!
You’ll also have tons of storage space within your bedroom to keep all your belongings tucked away to create the cutest student room.
Whether it’s streaming your favourite films on Netflix, studying for your upcoming assignment, or scrolling through social media, we have you covered with our superfast Wi-Fi throughout the building.
Student Experience
There are a variety of communal spaces for our students to make use of whilst staying at Fortress House including our communal lounge with plenty of seating for you to meet up with others within the student community and get to know each other.
We also have a TV room for you to catch up on the latest shows with your friends.
The best part is, we have exciting social events taking place within the property across the year so you can meet new people or you can arrange your own event using the KLIQ app.
When you want to channel your inner chef, you can head down to our fully equipped communal kitchens to have a cooking night with your neighbours.
Keen to have a study space besides your bedroom? Well, our communal study room is great for getting your head down and working hard!
There is also a dedicated reception area at Fortress House where our friendly property team are on hand to help you with anything you require, as well as a vending machine for you to grab any treats!

Whilst living at Fortress House, you can rest easy knowing that we have 24-hour security as well as smart card and fingerprint access to the property – ensuring you feel at home is our priority!
Students can also use our free and secure bike parking on-site if they’ve brought along their bike to uni with them.
When it’s time to put a wash on, walk downstairs to our dedicated laundry room and head back to your room to get ready for a night out whilst you wait for your washing to be done, it’s really that simple. Our washing facilities are even open 24-hours a day.
If you’d rather, why not head to the vending machine and get a snack whilst chilling in our communal lounge? There’s plenty of space and opportunity to speak to different students also staying at the property.
